Corporate housing refers to residential apartments that have been fully furnished and equipped for short term rentals of 30 days or longer and include services such as telephone, cable, Wi-Fi and maid. Basically a corporate apartment is a furnished apartment arranged specifically for the purpose of assisting corporations house their employees for periods of 1 month or longer, providing an all inclusive package. Hotel taxes of 5.875% + $2 per room per day, are charged in addition to the rental price. Prices are quoted per day + tax and a month consists of 30 days.
